Before you see the SHOWFLAT...here is a flavour of what's to come.....from a buyer/client's perspective...hear what my Indonesian client says......

Hear The Showflat Experience from my indonesian client who saw the showflat today on behalf of her Dad..as she is shortlisting some projects to purchase....she sums up.."I like it", says my indonesian client..i am going to call my dad to fly out from Jakarta to Singapore to see the showflat. For curiosity, i checked out the Orchard Residences, the Grange Infinite, etc....really, their 4 bedrooms units, only at most 2 bedrooms onsuite....my indonesian client nicely puts it "urban resort, 4 bedrooms, really all like junior master bedrooms, all onsuites...and when she saw the utility room at back of the kitchen area, she says....is this the bomb shelter...no, it is not....it is a proper utility room, "Yes, we will use it as a maid room" ..."nowadays, condos, hard to find maid room, maid sleep where?" And "where are the bay windows?" Yes, Urban Resort, no bay windows, just minimal planter box..."and she says....Dad would love to convert the planter box at the living hall balcony to a Koi fish pond...hnmm, what a great idea....

And all rooms, bathrooms, with windows and ventilation....and 4 bedrooms, comes with single loading..kitchen area window faces dining hall area and balcony ....where air can come in and flow out through the house...

And how about the orientation of the units to the sun....very very clever...unlike other condos which are mostly North and South orientation...Urban Resort is either North-West, North-East, South-East, South-West....so what so special about this.....well, when you make an appointment to view the showflat with me or make an appointment for your client with me....i will reveal why such orientation is GOOD....

And there is so much more to discover about the ULTRA space giant of unit...the ultra luxurious finishing...the darted airconditioning...and the Masterbedroom Bathroom...the size of some condo's bedroom....come discover the pure luxury, gem of a home you are buying into....all for the cost of some condos in Orchard..and in fact at far better price than some that are not so well located...

And my indonesian client, the daughter had this to say...."My mum loves to shop at Centerpoint...." and i was like, well Urban Resort is Perfect location for that....stone throw from 313 Somerset, the emerald hill area, Centerpoint....life could not be better...super spacious luxurious home...set in the heart of shopping belt...and yet away from the heat and sound...but walking distance...and more...96 carpark lots....for 64 units...you know what i am thinking....yeah...you are getting TWO Carpark LOTs...quite high chance indeed.....enough said....come and view and only then can you appreciate what i am saying...

For yourself, or for your client...you will fall in LOVE with Urban Resort...view at your own risk....be forewarned...
